Like every other medical dispensary in Mississippi, you need a medical card to shop at Rootdown’s dispensary. Here’s how to get one:
First, you must be of legal age. Then you have to obtain a written attestation from a medical provider describing your condition and need for medical cannabis relief.
After receiving your attestation, you can apply for your card through MDOH. The application fee is $25, and applications generally take around 30 days for approval. Once your application is cleared, you can legally consume cannabis for one year. The annual renewal fee is $25.
According to Mississippi law, all purchases at our Gluckstadt/Reunion location are calculated in Medical Cannabis Equivalency Units, or MCEUs. This system allows you to purchase to 3.5 grams of flower, 100 mg of THC in infused products, and one gram of concentrate in a single visit. Want to mix and match?
